This page demonstrates a bug with gtk2 builds of Firefox and the 'overflow: auto' CSS property when attempting to scroll. Below is a div with its style set to use overflow: auto. If you move the mouse over the box and scroll, when the top of the box scrolls off the window, the scroll wheel stops working. If you move the mouse out of the box, it works.
